"Hi there. I'm a bit of an addict when it comes to diet pills so I read your site with great interest. I have 5 stone I would like to lose by the end of the year so I have tried quite a few different products over the last year or so. Here are my thoughts on the ones I have tried - maybe you can add them to your wonderful site:
Adios - I saw this one advertised on TV and do you know what? It really hasn't worked for me. It is supposed to help you burn fat more quickly but I only lose a couple of pounds over the course of 3 months so I gave up. That said you are supposed to exercise with this one so I think that is where I went wrong.
One Week Diet - I bought this thinking that it would help me lose some weight in just a week. However, it turns out that it's called a 'one week' diet because you take it for a week and then have a week off and then keep repeating that process until you lose weight. The first week went well but after my week off I then forgot to restart on time and in the end I gave up as my organisation and memory is not good enough!
Appesat - This is the one that has really worked for me and is probably the biggest factor behind me losing the stone I have so far. I do really like these pills and they definately work - the downside is they get quite expensive as a box does not last a full month. However they are still a good choice if you have the cash.
Zotrim - I was persuaded to give these a try after reading your review and I have been pleasantly surprised. They definately do help to increase energy levels (I find it easier to motivate myself to go to the gym now) and I do think they suppress your appetite a bit too.
Overall my best recommendation would be Appesat, however as it is quite expensive it may be too much for some. If that's the case then I think Zotrim is a very close second at a fraction of the cost. If you are new to diet pills or have a tight budget then Zotrim will do the job!" |
